There were scorch marks everywhere. When Cir-El had gotten the message from Oracle about the damage she'd thought of the streets and maybe some shop windows. However as the woman hovered several stories up and looked at the cracked, broken, burned, and melted glass streaking a visible black trail up the side of the building; she realized she had greatly underestimated the situation. "And this was all done...by a motorcycle?" She muttered to herself before finally heading back down to the sidewalk to get the sit rep from the police and firemen located down below. The day was clear and almost cloudless. And seemed an odd contrast to what she was looking at.

And even stranger still; the only victim was a single man whom records had turned up for exposing him as a murderer a liar. A corrupt business man who had killed his partner in order to gain sole ownership of their company.

"Curiouser and curiouser" The woman muttered to herself as she finished taking everything in. Wherever the flaming skull headed man was he wasn't showing himself during the day. So long nights seemed to be ahead of her. "Do you think you can find him Superwoman?" The police officer asked; jerking her out of her private contemplation abruptly. "I'll do my best and uhm...you don't have to call me that you know". She said raising her hands and turning slightly red with embarrassement. She hadn't even considered a working name up to that point. All she knew was she didn't want people calling her 'girl' all of the time.

"Well, Giganta attacked the 4th of July charity carnival in Gotham a while back. And since Iron Maiden and her team took down Dr. Strangefate it seems like reality is still well...correcting itself." She shrugged a little. "Beyond that it's been the usual day-to-day things. Just helping people in need wherever I find them. Until this most recent thing anyway." Seeing the sign hanging outside of the bar always made her smile. There was a certain comfort to be found in knowing there was a place where wearing a costume was not only acceptable but expected and welcomed.

"Oracle tells me that Mr. Stark knows something about this guy. So I was thinking I'd give him a call later and see what he can tell me."

"That's good to hear." He says with a smile, opening the door for her as he's always the gentleman. He raises an eyebrow at the mention of Tony, however.

"What do you think he knows?"

"Well it seems like he's encountered this guy more than once. Maybe he knows something about why he does it or how he can be stopped? It's worth a shot I think."

The green lit interior was always interesting to see. And the statues in glass tubes in particular. Maybe not as interesting as fish tanks but cool nonetheless. Cir-El gave a little nod of appreciation as they entered. Smiling cheerfully.

"It is." Clark agreed, but you can tell he's going to say more. "Just be careful around Tony. he's got a certain reputation around women and ..." He scratches the back of his head, trying to find the right words. It's kind of cute to watch Clark trying not to sound over-protective. She is his daughter after all.

"Oh yeah" Mia agrees, giving a short chuckle "I've seen the newspaper articles. And the magazine clippings. And the accompanying youtube footage" She gives a sigh and a shake of the head.

"He's a good teammate on the JAS but that's as far as it goes."
